Work Pressure

Again, I don't like to talk about work, but this time it is different. Apparently I am having a tough boss nowadays but somehow I appreciate that. Yeah, his comments are very straightforward, and probably can hurt our self-esteem, but then I believe it is a good motivation! I really appreciate that. Nowadays, I need to do something that is totally out of my expertise -- business development, at the same time need to impress my boss. That is indeed very challenging and of course pressurizing. Need to think out of the box, and need to think some crazy ideas, which are not that crazy so that they can generate some revenue! I guess... working with him will be very much helping me develop!
