我想没有人会说运动是不好的(普通的运动,不是那一种可以拿命的Extreme Sports)。我真的是身同感受。应该是挺我一个要好的保加利亚朋友说(他是一个运动狂),运动可以让人的脑袋产生一些化学激素,让人觉得开心,这就是所谓的自然high。每一次要到健身房的时候,都会有一定的阻力 -- 要走一段路,要换衣服,要出一身汗不舒服,完了后,还要换洗,等等,麻烦麻烦。但是,当运动完(就不说身体健康万事如意)人真的会感觉开朗起来,精神起来。尤其是我们这一些上班一族,每一天过着有如机械人的生活 -- 公车,上班,会议,报告,下班。运动真的可以为生活带来一点点的乐趣。不需要毒品,不需要物质享受,却能快乐。
Sports is good. I believe this is an undeniable fact. Of course sports here are not referring to those that could kill a human, aka extreme sports. I have a good Bulgarian friend (who is a sports freak) once told me that sports can make the brain generate some kind of chemical substance, that can make the human feel happy and relaxed. I certainly experience it at first-hand. Even though everytime before going to the gym, I always feel a bit reluctant due to all the troubles -- walking distance, need to change, feel uncomfortable with all the sweat, etc., but everytime after gym I feel great, happy and certainly all refresh. I really think we need to do sports.

really can't find time to visit the gym during weekdays, work is busy and normally drags me until late night.. so i really appreciate my weekends to have luxury time for a good workout..
The chemical substance is called endorphines (I hope I got the spelling right.)
chloe, the gym is just few floors down your office, you could always go there and find that out easily and most importantly - conveniently.. hahaha!!
yup.. Endorphines... if you can break the barrier... your brain can produce Endorphine continuously and you might be addicted to Work Out...
