未来

最近都跟同事谈到未来的工作方向。他们很多都已经在公司里待上了不下5年。是因为公司的福利不错吗？是因为公司的薪金高吗？还是因为工作的环境项目内容都很好？也许是其中原因之一吧。不过我想很大的成分是因为我们都不爱改变，我们都被习惯宠坏了。换工作（先别说新工作有多难找）必须得重新适应人事和物。这可以是一项很大的工程。就以我的housing为例子。本来因为housing的问题回不了家的，后来因为房东很好的说不加租，我才不需要去费尽心思和力气去找新的地方。加上自己已经习惯了那一边的环境。所以，当我一个朋友的朋友说可以以比我现在少900元/月的房租把一间房间租给我我也不好意思的腕拒了（试想想我是必须省钱的人）。我想，如果一个人真的不是很不开心的话，也不会去找工作的。除非是一份非常好的工作送上门，那就另话了。

Recently I have some discussion about our future at work in the office. Most of them have stayed in the office for at least 5 years. Is it because of the good benefit? Is it because of the high salary? Or is it because the content of the work still attractive? Well, I guess these must be one of the many reasons, but I want to think the main part is we hate to change. Change needs a lot of work. We are so spoiled by habit, by routine. We need to adapt to new thing, new people, new environment if we change job (not to mention it is hard to find a good job). Just use my housing problem as an example. I almost couldn't make it home this CNY because of the housing. Luckily the landlord has decided not to raise my rent. Therefore I don't have to spend energy and time to look for new place to live. Even though a friend's friend has kindly offered me a room for 900 yuan/month less than what I pay now (considering I am really trying to save as much money as I can), I still reject the good will. I am used to the environment here. I am too reluctant to move. Unless there is a really good job coming at my door, I think none of us would really like to change job (except that you are really really unhappy).
