Bad sleep bad health, nothing you can do

I could read in the shuttle bus on my fancy Sony Reader. However, nowadays, I just can't. I have to sleep in the bus along the way to the office. Frankly, can't sleep quite well lately. I wonder if it is because it is summer, or something else. I always go to bed around 12-ish. I remember I used to wake up fresh most of the time. But, nowadays, I just wake up automatically around 5-ish, sometimes even worse, 4-ish, and then sleep-half-wake-half until I just couldn't sleep more. That's not good, cause I always feel tired. Luckily, keeping gym routine enhance my antibody, and I haven't really got sick (thank God for that). I wonder if it is because of the job?

My previous Singapore landlord (age : 65++) always awake naturally around 4 a.m -5a.m in the morning.

I had been living 5 years with her, sometimes she wake up earlier i.e before 4 a.m. She only shut her room door when she went out, not even when she sleeps.
