From 65 to 62 in 2 weeks
Always want to loose some weight, especially now I am aging, which is a widely-recognized fact that phase of getting fat forever. So, I used to be 65kg, which according to my height consider normal weight. And, I always keep it around 65 64 by gym and exercise. These two weeks, my weight drops quite quickly, now I weight about 61-62kg. Luckily I feel healthy, and I think the main reason is that I nowadays try to cut down dinner, replaced with whole-wheat bread, plain yogurt and fruits (basically I am just too lazy to cook). And, I start doing quite a lot of cardio such as jogging and swimming after weight-lifting gym. I hope my weight could be kept around 60kg, which will be a very normal weight for my height.

really admire you guys... i definately have issues with weight control.. and have no discipline to loose weight.. sigh..
oh dear, i am so envious about that!! i want to loose weight and tone up too!!!
