We all agree (well most of us) that China is full of nice food, different types, different taste, anything you could think of (or not think of). How about Netherlands then? Even though this small country used to be a colony country, unfortunately it doesn't have a lot of the so-called nice food of its own. The *nice* food you could get in Netherlands are mainly from Indonesia (which was colonized by Netherlands before), China, Mexico, and other European countries. The only thing so far that I found, which by the way loved by my friends and family, is Stroopwafel (or Syrup Waffle). A stroopwafel is made from two round waffle-like wafers with a caramel filling in the middle. It is sweet but not too sweet (yet sometimes it is just too sweet for me though). Therefore, every time when I went back to Malaysia from Netherlands, I always brought 10 to 20 packs of this food back home.
