健身房清谈

有两件事发生在我经常去的健身房里。挺令人反思的。不大方便说哪一件健身房，可能会影响到我的教练朋友。
Two incidents that have happened in my gym. Could really get you thinking. I don't want to say which gym cause it could influence my trainer friends.

恶人先告状 在跑跑的时候，忽然听到后面一些吵闹。原来，有一个会员把手机放在地上，另一个会员扔下哑铃的时候刚好砸坏了那一个手机。然后，后者还先大声吼前者，“你的手机应该放地上的吗？”。结果就这样闹起来了。最后我跟前者谈了一下，他说，只要后者肯道歉，他也算了，他发怒的原因也是因为后者恶人先告状
The bad lodge a complaint first I was running on a treadmill, and suddenly heard some quarrel behind me. So, I turned my head and apparently there was an "accident". Apparently a guy put his mobile phone on the floor, and another guy somehow dropped an dumbbell on top of his phone (by accident). Then, came to the former surprise, the latter yelled at him, "why did you put your mobile phone on the floor?!!?!" The former later told me if the latter apologized to him, he wouldn't have had a quarrel with him.

新官上任三把火 最近健身房里的教练换了一个经理。是其中一个教练被提上来的。结果，他上来没多久，就很独裁，而且很明显的在搞小圈子，譬如说很明显的提拔一些他喜欢的教练，把一些他不喜欢的分配极少或没有新会员（教练的薪金是根据他们又多少会员来决定）。很多时候好像要给教练下马威，在会员面前呼喝批评教练，完全不给面子。
A new broom sweeps clean Lately, the gym has a "new" trainer manager, who is promoted from one of the trainers. Apparently after few weeks he was promoted, most except those who are "protected" by him dislike him. He disrespects other trainers, sometimes even yells at them in front of the members. He even does not or only distributes few new members to the other trainers (their salaries depend on how many new members they have per month).
