51火灾

在收拾家里的时候，大约8点钟左右吧，忽然听到从远至近的汽笛声，我想是不是附近发生什么事情了。往路上一望，看见一辆消防车经过，再抬头一望，原来就在不远处浓烟冒起，发生火灾了。而且是很近的地方。在这一种30几层的住所里，我都会很担心邻居会发生什么事情。不是因为我人好，只是因为无论发生什么事情，都会有极大的可能牵涉到自己。毕竟虽然住在不同的“屋子”里，但还是“共享”了同一个空间。在上海这么“发达”的城市里，真的可以体会到什么叫做“自扫门前雪”。

I was cleaning my house. I think it was around 8-ish. Then, suddenly I heard some siren coming nearby. So, I looked down on the road and saw a fire brigade passing by. Then, when I looked up, I saw from the not-far distances there was some smoke. Apparently, there as a fire nearby (really nearby). I am always worried in this type of living environment. Even though we are living in different "houses", but we are still sharing the same "building". Whatever happened to the neighbor, there would be a big chance it would affect you.
