Thanks to good friend Shiau Hwee, I know that Malaysia Airlines has a very very cheap offer for flying back to Malaysia from China. Without further waiting, I got online to book a flight, planning to go home anyway in end of September. The offer was only until 22 June. So, I have to be very quick. Then, my freaking annoying and SOB experience with MAS began... After using tons of credit cards (some from Shiau Hwee, some from Chew and Kathryn), after trying thousands of times, after calling the banks, calling the local MAS office, calling the MAS headquarter in Malaysia, ... and let me tell you this, the show is far from over... Apparently, their system somehow couldn't work with some banks here for some money transaction. You know, I can forgive this type of supposedly-unforgivable problem. But, I have to make so many calls to get it done is what really pissed me off.
We will know more on the coming Wednesday. I seriously dislike yelling at other people especially on the phone, but this MAS really can get on my nerve! Their service is certainly the world-WORST! Let's be fair, the cabin is great compared to a lot of other international flights such as KLM. But, as an international flight company, the service is really something (and allow me to use some rude words) SHIT! Seriously, everytime when I recalled it really is a pain in the ass. So, let's hope on the coming Wednesday everything will be sorted out.
It is very hard to proud of MAS! VERY damn hard.

Well, dealing with Malaysia's govt organisation train your patience a lots, including GLC or even some private company hiring ....
It took me more than 45 minutes whenever I call the customer service line of MAS Enrich. I always leave my phone aside while holding the line to connect to any operator on duty .
The waiting duration can lead you to suspect that the customer service team has been suspended in MAS. I could spend 5- 10 min going toilet at downstair, another 5- 10 min for water and then continue my work , but the music connecting to the customer service on duty is still being played over the phone. You would only heard a greeting voice " Hello, thanks for calling Malaysia Airlines, Enrich....." at least after 40-50 minutes.

well, indeed, sadly that is Malaysia... and how it has always been, while talking ass about 2020!
