Should I? Should I not?

Back from the hospital... the condition of my grandmother is unexpectedly going from good (yesterday she was awake and could respond to our calling) to worse (today she kept shaking her head for no reason and she did not respond to us). I am supposed to fly back to Shanghai on the coming Sunday, but I wish I could stay longer, at least till Wednesday... But, problem is work somehow doesn't allow me to do that. Furthermore, the flight ticket might costs more than I can afford... And, I only have two weeks left to get all the preparation for going to HK... shall I stay? Shall I go? Man...
