Let's talk about games, and my life

Frankly, my career is totally stuck in a hell hole, and nothing I can do about it at this very moment - in a huge debt, and need to pay for bills. Therefore, it is just wise to stick with it, until something better come along, or something I could find later. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst... or shall I say prevent for the worst. Stress, frustration, hatred, and sometimes anger fill with me because of my work. Gradually, bit by bit I try to let it go. Luckily, I could go to the gym on a regular basis. People think I go to the gym to get fit or muscular, actually gym is one of my effective ways to escape or relax. Two other options I have are reading, and playing video games.

Lately few games I have used to escape from my work. And, I have purchased the latest gimmick of Playstation, the so-called Playstation Move. The only game at this moment I am playing with is Sports Champions. The Move controller certainly is very accurate and precise. I have played table tennis game with it a number of times, still enjoy it. It certainly could capture my movement, such as twisting the ball, smashing, turning, controlling direction of the ball, etc. Compared to the you-know-what, it is really much better. However, I hope it will come up with some other Move-related games soon.


The other two PS3 games that I am playing from time to time are Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 and Vanquish. Naruto certainly could let me immerse in this ninja world with its high-den graphics, attracting storyline, and cinematic fighting scenes. Vanquish on the other hand certainly has somehow redefine my perception of third-man shooter game - it blends speed, action, shooting and big robots fighting so perfectly well.

Two more PSP games that I am very much engaged with on my commute are Valkyrie Chronicles II and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. I like Valkyrie Chronicles on PS3 - even though i haven't really finished the game yet. That's why I purchased the sequel, and I love it! But before I get back to Valkyrie Chronicles II, I must finish Peace Walker. This game earned Famitsu perfect score of 40 and I must admit it well deserve it! The game is so much fun - sneaking around and immortalize, capture and recruit those soldiers. Then, could use these soldiers to help further R&D weapons, items, etc. for different missions. Cool game!

So, even though the escape could be short, but I treasure this short moment very much! Otherwise, I would have gone crazy a long time ago. Let it go, let it be, just a job to make both ends meet!
