Songs that I love, and why...

I am sure everyone of us has a song or two that is kept playing on our MP3 players or stereo systems, or like myself on my Playstation 3. These four songs somehow have become my must-play list, in the gym or while I am working or on-the-go. Somehow, in addition to their rhythm or lyrics or melodies that I enjoy, they have coincidentally become a remembrance in my life in these 2 years.

I remember well Beyoncé's "Halo" because that was when I met a bottleneck in my career in January 2009. Somehow, I was seeking for a breakthrough, and yet not really finding one. That's when I was quite upset and angry constantly. Well, you could ask my Shanghai colleagues about my constant "fire". This song somehow calms me, and reminds me of all the other good things around me. I guess I wasn't a very happy person back then.

Then, in August 2009, I first heard Keri Hilson's "Knock You Down" when I first came to Hong Kong for business trip. I was here for 2 weeks. And, this song was being played over and over on VH1 or MTV. Back then, it was a beginning of a big change for my career, thus this has become a mark of milestone for me. Of course, it really is a nice song!

Then, in mid of September 2009, I moved to Hong Kong. And, that's when I know about Leona Lewis and her "Don't Let me Down". I like the surge of the song, and well, even though not really following the lyrics, but the title is cool. I don't let myself down!

Last but not least, I heard Rihanna's "Fire Bomb" on MTV in end of January of 2010. I am currently having a big problem at work, which is still unsolvable yet, sadly. The bass and the drum of this song, and her "scream" somehow really burst out all the stress in me! Cool song, and kinda a mediating song for me now!

For me, music and life are really tightly knit. There is no way to separate them, and somehow whenever I am not so having a good time in my daily life, He always has a way to give me some musics! Thank You!
