
Work is busy, and sometimes some people can really get on your nerve at work. So, we really need a way for ourselves to relieve stress. People at work always think I am happy, and they are not entirely wrong because I am not unhappy. The reason is simple, I always relieve stress, and always not think too much. I actually don't have any special way, one is hitting the gym to sweat a bit, and the other one is having massage from time to time. I really found these ways effective, and everytime after stress relieve, I feel like burden is gone, and I definitely have better sleep at night.
